Instructions for Time Keeping- MY MITC

  1. Accessing the website
    1. Go to: www.a-beautifulpools.com
    2. Scroll your mouse over lifeguards
    3. Click on: Lifeguard information
    4. Click on: Payroll
    5. Click on: Employee Login for time keeping- My MITC
  2. To log in initially- first time only
    1. Username: _ _ _ _ _ _ (your employee pin)
    2. Password:  _ _ _ _ _ _ (Your employee pin)
  3. Change password and username- first time only
    1. Type in new username
    2. Type in new password
    3. Retype new password
    4. Click reset
  4. Log in using new password and username
  5. Home screen is the time sheet screen
    1. Time period that pops up is the current pay period.
      1. If it is the first Monday and they need to time adjust for last pay period, they need to type in the date they need to check in the “Go to:” box and hit submit. They will be able to view, but will not be able to add a call record once the pay period has been changed. They will have to contact me at Jessica@a-beautifulpools.com to fix these records.
    2. The information is color coded:
      1. Green- record is satisfactory
        1. 0h means zero hours- they either did not clock in or out or did not work that day
      2. Yellow- request has been submitted and not yet approved or rejected
      3. Red- your record appears to have a problem.
  6. To view what time you worked
    1. Scroll over the time
    2. Or click on the record
  7. To adjust time
    1. Click on the unsatisfactory record
    2. Click on add a call record
    3. Fill out the form
      1. Type: clock in or out
      2. Time
        1. Must put in colon and don’t need seconds like example
      3. Job pin: select appropriate
      4. Activity code: 900 regular etc.
      5. Note: They must give a reason for the adjustment or it will get rejected
    4. Click Submit
  8. If your record is accepted
    1. The pending yellow time on your time sheet will turn green and the time will be correct
      1. You will have a 15 minute penalty
  9. If your record is rejected
    1. The pending yellow time on your time sheet will turn back red and the time will not be adjusted
    2. To see why your record was rejected
    3. Click on the record
    4. Click View request history
  10. Request history chart
    1. Tell you what has been rejected and why, pending or accepted
    2. Tell you what you have requested changed
  11. Guards do not need to use
    1. Clock in/out
    2. Calander
    3. My benefits
    4. My training
    5. Phone list
    6. Managers
      1. “Managers” does not mean a pool manager. This is for office use only
      2. They do not have passwords for this.
