Instructions for Time Keeping- MY MITC
- Accessing the website
- Go to: www.a-beautifulpools.com
- Scroll your mouse over lifeguards
- Click on: Lifeguard information
- Click on: Payroll
- Click on: Employee Login for time keeping- My MITC
- To log in initially- first time only
- Username: _ _ _ _ _ _ (your employee pin)
- Password: _ _ _ _ _ _ (Your employee pin)
- Change password and username- first time only
- Type in new username
- Type in new password
- Retype new password
- Click reset
- Log in using new password and username
- Home screen is the time sheet screen
- Time period that pops up is the current pay period.
- If it is the first Monday and they need to time adjust for last pay period, they need to type in the date they need to check in the “Go to:” box and hit submit. They will be able to view, but will not be able to add a call record once the pay period has been changed. They will have to contact me at Jessica@a-beautifulpools.com to fix these records.
- The information is color coded:
- Green- record is satisfactory
- 0h means zero hours- they either did not clock in or out or did not work that day
- Yellow- request has been submitted and not yet approved or rejected
- Red- your record appears to have a problem.
- To view what time you worked
- Scroll over the time
- Or click on the record
- To adjust time
- Click on the unsatisfactory record
- Click on add a call record
- Fill out the form
- Type: clock in or out
- Time
- Must put in colon and don’t need seconds like example
- Job pin: select appropriate
- Activity code: 900 regular etc.
- Note: They must give a reason for the adjustment or it will get rejected
- Click Submit
- If your record is accepted
- The pending yellow time on your time sheet will turn green and the time will be correct
- You will have a 15 minute penalty
- If your record is rejected
- The pending yellow time on your time sheet will turn back red and the time will not be adjusted
- To see why your record was rejected
- Click on the record
- Click View request history
- Request history chart
- Tell you what has been rejected and why, pending or accepted
- Tell you what you have requested changed
- Guards do not need to use
- Clock in/out

- “Managers” does not mean a pool manager. This is for office use only
- They do not have passwords for this.
