Pool parties may be booked by homeowners/renters who are at least 21 years of age and in good standing with their neighborhood association. Parties that will have guests less than 21 years of age must have 1 adult present for every 10 party guests.
Pool parties can be scheduled during and after pool hours, with the following stipulations.
- Pool parties may not be held during Opening weekend, the weekends of Memorial Day, July 4th or Labor Day.
- Parties may not conflict with neighborhood functions or swim team schedules.
- A maximum of 20 guests are allowed at parties held during regular pool hours.
- For after hours parties, residents can rent only the Rec pool with 7 guards or the Rec and Lap pools together with 9 guards. There is not an option to rent only the Lap pool.
- One additional lifeguard (regardless of the number of guards already on duty) is required to be hired for the duration of a during hours event at $35.00 per hour. This is to be paid in full at the time of booking. There will be NO REFUNDS if the resident decides to end the party early.
- To include use of the Splash Pad during a pool party, the resident must pay for an additional required guard to man the Splash Pad gates at the rate of $35.00 per hour.
- Reserved space (tables) are included with the rental unless otherwise specified. The resident will receive access to the reserved space for 30 minutes before and after the party to set up and clean up. The resident must vacate the reserved space within 30 minutes after the end of the party.
- The resident is responsible for all clean up from the pool area at the end of the party.
- There is a $40.00 non-refundable booking fee in addition to the cost of the lifeguards. This is not a deposit and must be paid to secure the reservation.
- There is a 14 day advance requirement for booking, reserving and payment for all pool parties. For party requests within 10-13 days, ABP has the right to deny the request or charge an additional late booking fee of $50.00. Requests within 10 days of the party date are discouraged and could be denied or incur higher fees.
- A-Beautiful Pools requires a minimum notice of 5 days to cancel a party (except in the case of bad weather). Insufficient cancellation notice will result in NO REFUND of lifeguard charges.
- No parties will be allowed after August 1.
- No glass containers.
- Alcohol is allowed during after hours parties only if outside security is hired.
- The Office Manager or Supervisor must approve specific lifeguard requests for pool parties.
