Pool Party bookings are currently closed. Bookings will open in April for events to be held May-July 2026.

Please email parties@a-beautifulpools.com for questions and requests during the off-season. 

Please read before booking an event:

  • Pool parties and rentals may be booked by adults aged 21+ who are residents of the community and in good standing with the HOA. 
  • Addresses and residency will be verified and any attempt to book a pool party at a neighborhood where you do not reside will result in the cancellation of the party with NO REFUND.
  • All events must be booked online 14 days in advance and paid in full at the time of booking. Attempts to book events within the 14 day window may be considered, but will incur a late fee. 
  • Some neighborhoods require security deposits and additional rental fees separate from the fees charged by A-Beautiful Pools. If ABP collects these fees, they are incorporated into the booking price and must also be paid at the time of booking.
  • No parties are allowed after August 1.

To book a party:

Click on your community for rules and regulations required by ABP and the HOA. Then, follow the links to agree to the rules and book your event. We will be in contact once your party has been approved by your HOA.
