Pool parties may be booked by homeowners/renters who are at least 18 years of age and who are in good standing with their neighborhood association. Parties that will have guests less than 18 years of age must have 1 adult present for every 10 party guests. 

All Residents must complete a Release and Indemnification Form online when booking a party.

1. Pool parties can be scheduled before or after pool hours depending on the individual pool. Please see below for types of parties available, days/hours available, and pricing for each pool within Cinco Ranch managed by A-Beautiful Pools (ABP).
2. Pool parties may not conflict with neighborhood functions and swim team schedules.
3. No parties allowed on Opening Weekend. No parties allowed on holidays or the weekends of Memorial Day and Labor Day. No parties on July 4th. No parties after August 1.
4. There is a required 14-day advance notice/booking for all pool parties. Pre-payment is required for all fees.
5. Wristbands must be worn by all party attendees (adults & children). The resident will be billed for any additional attendees that require additional staffing.
6. A refundable security deposit is required and will be fully refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the facility after event by ABP. Facility must be left clean and in orderly condition with no damages observed.
7. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event shall result in a forfeiture of the security deposit and admin fee. Fees may be applied to a rescheduled party within 30 days.
8. ABP admin procedures and policies include CRPA notification of parties, collecting payment and providing CRPA summaries and payments of applicable fees on a set schedule (once or twice per month)

DURING HOURS POOL PARTIES

Limited to 2 hours for up to 20 guests, this includes adults and children. Residents will be allowed 30 minutes before to set up for the party and have 30 minutes afterwards for cleanup.  At facilities where possible, covered pavilion will be reserved (Beach Club and Waterpark) and other locations designated tables will be reserved.  All fees due at the time of booking.

PRIVATE POOL PARTIES

The headcounts listed below for each pool may be increased with the addition of one lifeguard for each 20-person increment, not to exceed the pool’s capacity. The headcount includes adults and children. Minimum party time is 2 hours and can be extended with additional lifeguard/staffing fees. Residents will be allowed 30 minutes before to set up for the party and have 30 minutes afterwards for cleanup. All fees due at the time of booking.

Beach Club Private party with pool and room

Monday and Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 PM due to the pool not being properly illuminated. 

Equestrian Village Private Party

Parties are available on Monday and Tuesday after 5PM until 10PM or Friday-Saturday 9-11PM.

Greenway Village Private Party

Parties are available on Wednesday after 5PM until 10PM or Friday-Saturday 9-11PM.

Highland Park Private Party

Parties are available on Tuesday and Wednesday after 5PM until 10PM or Friday-Saturday 9-11PM.

Northlake Private Party

Parties are available on Wednesday and Thursday after 5PM until 10PM or Friday-Saturday 9-11PM.

South Ranch Private Party

Parties are available on Tuesday and Wednesday after 5PM until 10PM or Friday-Saturday 9-11PM.

Water Park Private Party

Parties are available Tuesday and Thursday after 5PM until 10PM or Friday-Saturday 9-11PM.
