GUEST POLICY: 1 GUESTS PER POOL TAG. POLICY THE SAME AT ALL POOLS
Pool parties may be booked by homeowners/renters who are at least 21 years of age and who are in good standing with their neighborhood association. Parties that will have guests less than 21 years of age must have 1 adult present for every 10 party guests.
1.There is a 14-day advance requirement for booking, reserving, and payment for all pool parties.
2. For party requests with a 10–13-day advance notice please contact the office directly. Please note that ABP holds the right to deny the request or charge an additional late booking fee of $50.00 for a total of $90.00 nonrefundable office set up fee depending on the availability of the facility and/or lifeguards.
3. There is a 5-day cancellation notice (call-in) to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. for all scheduled parties. If the resident does not call to cancel the party then A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. will not refund the time the lifeguards were at the pool for the party.
4. There is a $40.00 non-refundable set-up fee made payable to A-Beautiful Pools, Inc. to be paid at the time of booking. The set-up fee is not a deposit. Cross Creek Ranch also charges a $50.00 Rental Fee IN ADDITION to the fees charged by ABP. The set-up fee and rental fee are paid online at the time of booking.
5. There are always a minimum of seven (7) lifeguards required at a private pool party for 1-60 guests (including non-swimmers); thereafter, one (1) lifeguard is added for each additional twenty (20) guests.
6. Lifeguard pay is $35.00 per lifeguard, per hour. The Lifeguard fees are to be paid online at the time of booking. There will be NO REFUNDS if resident decides to end party early. Note: There will be an additional 1 hour, for 2 guard charge for afterhours parties. This is for additional cleaning, prep and closing time for 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the party. Residents will be allowed in the pool area for their own set up/clean up during that time as well.
7. No parties will be allowed after August 1.
8. No alcohol shall be served. No glass containers.
9. Resident is responsible for all clean-up around the pool area after the party.
10. The Office Manager or Supervisor must approve specific lifeguard requests for pool parties.
ADVENTURE ISLAND AND GREENTHREAD POOL RENTALS
- Parties scheduled during hours may not conflict with any community functions, swim team events, or OVERLAP another scheduled party.
- Parties 1-20 guests may be held during pool hours with the hiring of one (1) additional lifeguard for a total of 8 on duty. All guests must be included in the headcount even if they are residents of CC.
- Parties of 21-100 guests must be scheduled after hours and must end by 10:00 PM on weeknights (including Sunday) and 11:00 PM on weekends.
- Parties may not be held on Opening weekend, the weekends of Memorial Day, Labor Day, or on July 4th. No parties after August 1.
- Parties are not allowed before the pool opens for the season nor on the day the pool is closed for cleaning.
FLEWELLEN CREEK POOL RENTALS-during Pool hours ONLY
- Parties scheduled during hours may not conflict with any community functions, swim team events, or OVERLAP another scheduled party.
- Parties with 15 guests or less can be held without any extra staffing AND PRIOR APPROVAL from A-Beautiful Pools. All guests must be included in the headcount even if they are residents of CC.
- Parties with 16-30 guests can be held during pool hours with the hiring of one (1) lifeguard for a total of 4 lifeguards on duty. All guests must be included in the headcount even if they are residents of CC.
- Parties may not be held on Opening weekend, the weekends of Memorial Day, Labor Day, or on July 4th. No parties after August 1.
- Parties are not allowed before the pool opens for the season nor on the day the pool is closed for cleaning.
