Guest policy: 4 guests per tag

Pool parties may be booked by homeowners/renters who are at least 21 years of age and who are in good standing with their neighborhood association. Parties that will have guests less than 21 years of age must have 1 adult present for every 10 party guests.

1. Pool parties can be scheduled during or after pool hours.
2. Resident is required to hire additional lifeguards based on the number of guests, as outlined below. Lifeguard pay is $35.00 per lifeguard, per hour. This is to be paid in full at the time of booking. There will be NO REFUNDS if resident decides to end party early.
3. Pool parties cannot be held during Opening weekend, the weekends of Memorial Day and Labor Day, or on July 4th. No parties after August 1.
4. Pool parties may not conflict with neighborhood functions or swim team schedules.
5. There is a $40.00 non-refundable admin fee in addition to the cost of the lifeguards to be paid at the time of booking. These fees are not a deposit.
6. There is a 14-day advance requirement for booking and payment for all pool parties. Please note that ABP holds the right to deny the request or charge an additional late booking fee of $50.00 for a total of $90.00 non-refundable admin set up fee, depending on the availability of the facility and/or lifeguards.
7. A-Beautiful Pools requires a minimum notice of 5 days to cancel a party (except in the case of bad weather). Insufficient cancellation notice will result in NO REFUND of lifeguard charges.
8. No Alcohol. No glass containers.
9. Residents are expected to clean up after themselves. Leaving trash in the pool area can result in a removal fee charged to the Resident.
10. ABP must approve specific lifeguard requests for pool parties. If changes occur with the guards, the resident will be notified as soon as possible.
11. Residents must be in good standing with the neighborhood.

Parties during pool hours:

• Parties during pool hours with 1-25 guests require 1 lifeguard.
• Parties during pool hours with 25-50 guests require 2 lifeguards.
• Parties over 50 people are to be held outside of pool hours.

Parties after pool hours:

• Three lifeguards for 1-40 guests; thereafter, one lifeguard for each additional 20 guests.
• Private pool parties that are outside of pool hours must end by 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday. Parties on Sunday-Thursday must end by 10:00pm.
• Residents may schedule pool parties on Mondays after 4:00pm.
