We are pleased to announce that Cinco Ranch will be allowing pool parties in 2024.  Reservations will be accepted beginning Monday, May 6 at 12:00PM.

BEACH CLUB, EQUESTRIAN VILLAGE, GREENWAY HIGHLAND PARK, NORTH PARK, SOUTH RANCH, AND WATERPARK

Pool parties may be booked by homeowners/renters who are at least 21 years of age and who are in good standing with their neighborhood association.  Parties that will have guests less than 21 years of age must have 1 adult present for every 10 party guests. 

CRPA charges the following fees for all pool parties:

$110.00 Rental Fee

$250.00 Refundable deposit.  Facility must be left in a clean and orderly condition with no damages.  Once ABP has completed an inspection of the facility, the deposit will be returned.

These fees are in addition to the fees charged by A-Beautiful Pools. All fees are included in the total price when booking a party.

All Residents must complete a Release and Indemnification Form which will be provided once reservation is received by ABP.  The form will be sent to CRPA for final approval.

1. Pool parties can be scheduled during pool hours or after pool hours depending on the individual pool.  Please see below for types of parties available and pricing for each pool. For availability and times please click the link at the bottom of the page to be taken to the calendar. 
2. Pool parties may not conflict with neighborhood functions and swim team schedules.
3. No parties allowed on Opening weekend.  No parties allowed on holidays or the weekends prior to Memorial Day and Labor Day. No parties on 4th of July.  No parties after August 1.
4. During hours parties require wristbands to be worn by all party attendees (adults and children).  
5. There is a 14-day advance requirement for booking, reserving, and payment for all pool parties.    For party requests with a 10–13-day advanced notice please contact the office directly. Please note that ABP holds the right to deny the request or charge an additional late booking fee of $50.00 for a total of $90.00 nonrefundable office set up fee depending on the availability of the facility and/or lifeguards.
6. Cancellations within 24 hours of a party shall result in a forfeiture of the $250.0 security deposit and $40.00 Admin Fee. These fees may be applied to a future party if rescheduled within 30 days.

No alcohol allowed.  No glass containers. No food preparation within the pool area.  No open flames.

During Hours Parties

Limited to 2 hours for up to 20 guests.  This includes adults and children.  Swimmers and non-swimmers. Resident is allowed 30 minutes before the party start time for set up and 30 minutes after party end time for clean-up.  Reserved seating for party.

Private Parties after hours party

 2-hour party plus a 30-minute set up and 30 minutes clean up. Headcounts include adults and children, swimmers and non-swimmers.
