CINCO RANCH

Pool parties may be booked by homeowners/renters who are at least 18 years of age and who are in good standing with their neighborhood association. Parties that will have guests less than 18 years of age must have 1 adult present for every 10 party guests. 

All Residents must complete a Release and Indemnification Form online when booking a party.

  1. Pool parties can be scheduled before or after pool hours depending on the individual pool. Please see below for types of parties available, days/hours available, and pricing for each pool within Cinco Ranch managed by A-Beautiful Pools (ABP).
  2. Pool parties may not conflict with neighborhood functions and swim team schedules.
  3. No parties allowed on Opening Weekend. No parties allowed on holidays or the weekends of Memorial Day and Labor Day. No parties on July 4th. No parties after August 1.
  4. There is a required 14-day advance notice/booking for all pool parties. Pre-payment is required for all fees.
  5. Wristbands must be worn by all party attendees (adults & children). Any additional attendees will require additional staffing and the homeowner will be billed.
  6. A refundable security deposit is required and will be fully refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the facility after event by ABP. Facility must be left clean and in orderly condition and no damages observed.
  7. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event shall result in a forfeiture of the security deposit and admin fee. Fees may be applied to a rescheduled party within 30 days.
  8. ABP admin procedures and policies include CRPA notification of parties, collecting payment and providing CRPA summaries and payments of applicable fees on a set schedule (once or twice per month)
