Guest Policy: 1 guest per pool tag, same at all pools

Pool parties may be booked by homeowners/renters who are at least 21 years of age and who are in good standing with their neighborhood association. Parties that will have guests less than 21 years of age must have 1 adult present for every 10 party guests.

1. During and after hours parties are allowed at all pools with one exception – after hours parties are not allowed at Flewellen.
2. Resident is responsible for all admin and rental fees and lifeguard costs.
3. Resident is required to hire additional lifeguards based on the number of guests. Lifeguard pay is $35.00 per lifeguard, per hour. This is to be paid in full at the time of booking. There will be NO REFUNDS if resident decides to end party early.
4. Pool parties cannot be held during Opening weekend, the weekends of Memorial Day and Labor Day, or on July 4th. No parties after August 1.
5. Parties are not allowed before the pool opens for the season nor on the day the pool is closed for cleaning.
6. Pool parties may not conflict with neighborhood functions or swim team schedules. Only 1 party can be scheduled at a time at each pool.
7. Guest counts include swimmers and non-swimmers. Cross Creek Ranch residents should be included in the guest count for parties if they are part of the party.
8. There is a $40.00 non-refundable admin fee in addition to the cost of the lifeguards to be paid at the time of booking. Additionally, the community’s required rental fees are $20 per hour. These fees are not a deposit.
9. There is a 14-day advance requirement for booking and payment for all pool parties. Please note that ABP holds the right to deny the request or charge an additional late booking fee of $50.00 for a total of $90.00 non-refundable admin set up fee, depending on the availability of the facility and/or lifeguards.
10. A-Beautiful Pools requires a minimum notice of 5 days to cancel a party (except in the case of bad weather). Insufficient cancellation notice will result in NO REFUND of lifeguard charges.
11. No Alcohol. No glass containers.
12. Residents are expected to clean up after themselves. Leaving trash in the pool area can result in a removal fee charged to the Resident.
13. ABP must approve specific lifeguard requests for pool parties. If changes occur with the guards, the resident will be notified as soon as possible.
14. Residents must be in good standing with the neighborhood.

Adventure Island & Greenthread:

• Parties of 1-20 guests may be held during pool hours and require 1 lifeguard.
• Parties of 21-100 guests must be scheduled after hours. Parties must end by 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 11pm Friday-Saturday.

Flewellen

• Parties of 15 or less do not require hiring a lifeguard – pending approval from ABP.
• Parties with 16-30 guests require 1 lifeguard.
• No after hours parties.
